Pilgrim’s is hiring a Maintenance PM Scheduler Planner in Marshville, North Carolina. The role develops and maintains preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, equipment records, maintenance plans, work orders, schedules, parts reservations, job plans, and performance metrics in SAP/CMMS. It coordinates with operations, maintenance supervisors, and crews to prioritize and schedule corrective and preventive work while improving equipment reliability, crew utilization, and audit compliance. Candidates need at least one year of maintenance planning or coordination experience, industrial maintenance and electrical knowledge, technical document interpretation skills, communication abilities, post-secondary or technical trade education, and proficiency with office software and CMMS; SAP experience is preferred. The role requires changing shifts and rotating weekend on-call availability.
