Description
The Maintenance PM Technician Trainee assists a Maintenance PM Technician in scheduling and conducting preventative maintenance inspections for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical/electronic, gas-fired boiler, and furnace equipment. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing PM and TPM checklists, coordinating inspections, performing visual inspections, training others, auditing TPM work, entering service requests, and advising operators and line mechanics. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to pass the Ramsay Mechanical Reasoning Assessment, and preferably two or more years of production experience in one of Eupora’s value streams; the trainee must achieve the Maintenance PM Technician qualification within 24 months.
