Balfour Beatty Communities is hiring a Maintenance Porter to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of residential communities, including grounds, common areas, stair towers, exterior steps, snow removal, vacant-unit preparation, building inspections, and basic maintenance support. The role works Monday–Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Wednesday–Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of groundskeeping or maintenance experience, basic tool and troubleshooting knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.
