Description

The role involves transferring processes into IT systems, analyzing work steps, creating work instructions and plans, conducting REFA studies, leading interdisciplinary projects, and improving the availability and safety of the vehicle fleet. Candidates need technical training in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering plus relevant work-preparation or maintenance experience, along with ERP, MS Office, and project-coordination skills.

Additional Information

Relevant professional experience in manufacturing, production, or rail transport is preferred.
Initial experience leading project teams or smaller sub-projects is preferred.
