Huawei Italy is hiring a Junior Maintenance Project Coordination Manager as an extra-curricular intern for its graduate program. The six-month internship is based on-site in Milan or Rome, five days per week from 09:00 to 18:00, and offers a direct path to full-time employment. The intern will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, UPS, power systems, fire suppression, and generators; track infrastructure projects; manage incidents and SLAs; coordinate vendors and field teams; and improve maintenance processes. Candidates must be fresh graduates or current students in a relevant technical field, have strong organization and technical documentation skills, fluency in Italian and professional English, and valid authorization to live and work in Italy.
