Description
INNIO is hiring a Maintenance Project Manager in Bucharest, Romania, to take end-to-end responsibility for maintenance planning and execution for the T9 industrial gas engine. The role coordinates routine and corrective maintenance, forecasts materials and field-service resources, manages internal and third-party service teams, controls costs, ensures quality, EHS, and contractual compliance, analyzes performance data, and drives reliability and customer-satisfaction improvements. Candidates should have complex maintenance-project experience in the energy or industrial sector, leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams, technical troubleshooting and continuous-improvement skills, familiarity with maintenance-management systems and quality/EHS requirements, and fluency in English and Romanian.
