Description
The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor oversees plant equipment utilization and the continuous improvement plan, managing preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and process-control systems, monitoring utility equipment performance, and supervising maintenance employees. The role also handles regulatory compliance, safety, training, performance management, and employee relations. A high school diploma, age 18 or older, and experience with electromechanical, pneumatic, PLC, and process-instrumentation systems are required; the preferred qualifications include a related technical degree, industrial refrigeration and steam-boiler experience, and management experience. The stated pay range is $81,700 to $114,000 per year.
