Description
The Maintenance Representative will repair, replace, and refurbish hotel items; maintain the safety and cleanliness of hotel areas; follow preventative maintenance schedules; monitor supplies; and perform additional duties as needed. The role requires at least one year of maintenance or repair experience, a high school diploma or related vocational training, familiarity with hotel reporting tools, basic plumbing and electrical knowledge, physical ability to stand, bend, and kneel, local food-handling and alcohol-serving knowledge, minimum age, and fluency in the local language. The position pays $21.30 to $25.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, insurance, paid time off, 401k, and other benefits.
