Description
The Senior Premises Maintenance Engineer manages scheduled and corrective maintenance for bank premises, including utilities, air conditioning, electricity, civil works, and plumbing. The role supervises facility management service providers, coordinates maintenance activities and renovation projects, monitors SLAs, reviews invoices, and ensures compliance with health and safety, bank regulations, and quality standards. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, 5–7 years of maintenance experience, project management, English and Arabic, communication and negotiation skills, and MS Office proficiency.
