Description
Eleven Western Builders is hiring a full-time Maintenance Service Technician to perform basic handyman and finish carpentry work on retail construction projects throughout California and the western United States. The role includes installing fixtures, railings, doors, hardware, cabinetry, and décor packages; troubleshooting and diagnosing issues; completing service calls; maintaining schedules and quality standards; and communicating with clients and the maintenance team. The position requires at least five years of maintenance or similar experience, three years of commercial construction experience, three years of retail carpentry experience, a valid California driver’s license, dependable transportation, and the ability to travel to work sites and stay overnight for up to one week. Compensation is $22-$34 per hour, with health benefits, a 401(k), company vehicle, gas card, paid holidays, and vacation and sick time.
