Description
The Maintenance Specialist performs preventive and corrective maintenance across a specialty area, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, crane, mobile equipment, grounds, machine, hydraulic, power tools, welding equipment, computer-aided operations equipment, robotics, and related systems. The role troubleshoots repair requests, conducts emergency maintenance, coordinates projects and schedules, maintains tools and inventory, and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. It requires at least two years of facilities maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, lockout/tagout ability, intermediate computer skills, blueprint and measurement skills, and the ability to work assigned shifts in a manufacturing or plant environment.
