Chromalloy is hiring a Maintenance Specialist for its manufacturing team to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment and facility systems. The role covers mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, heat-treat, vacuum, dust-collection, welding, and brazing work, along with equipment overhauls, inspections, and continuous-improvement support. It is a 4th-shift, Monday-Friday position paying $32.31 per hour, with new hires required to complete 90 days of 1st-shift training before transitioning to their assigned shift. The position requires industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and U.S. work authorization.
