Description
The Maintenance Specialist performs preventive and corrective maintenance across a specialty area, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, crane, mobile equipment, grounds, machine, hydraulic, power tools, welding equipment, computer-aided operations equipment, and robotics. The role repairs and maintains equipment and physical structures, troubleshoots repair requests, coordinates projects and schedules, maintains tools and inventory, conducts emergency maintenance, and follows safety and OSHA requirements. It requires four years of facilities maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, intermediate computer skills, blueprint and measurement skills, and the ability to work the Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. shift with additional overtime. The pay range is $27.50-$36.25.
