Description
The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician performs repairs and installations across carpentry, flooring, wall and ceiling repair, painting, and related maintenance work in school facilities. The role includes measuring and cutting materials, using scaffolding and ladders, maintaining tools and records, responding to emergency callouts, traveling throughout the district, and working evening or flexible schedules. It requires an accredited high school diploma or equivalent, three years of experience in four different crafts including one year in carpentry, flooring, ceiling repair, and painting, a valid Texas driver's license, and the ability to pass a physical and random drug test.
