Trinity Metro is hiring a Maintenance Training Specialist to assist the Maintenance Training Supervisor with classroom, hands-on, and one-on-one training for maintenance employees. The role covers new-hire orientation, on-the-job training, apprenticeship programs, safety practices, troubleshooting, equipment repair, training program development, evaluations, and maintenance procedures. The specialist may also work in a Bus Shop Specialist role and must have a CDL with a passenger endorsement or the ability to obtain one within six months, along with four years of progressively responsible experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, engineering, or a related field and an associate degree or equivalent education.
