Description
High Point is hiring a full-time Maintenance Staff member for its Inpatient Campus in Brockton, Massachusetts. The role performs facility walk-throughs, responds to maintenance requests, conducts inspections, and handles minor repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building, painting, alarm, and lockset systems, as well as lawn care, snow removal, and preventative maintenance. The position requires a valid Massachusetts driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, basic computer and software skills, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, and landscaping. It runs Tuesday through Saturday with some evenings and pays $22–$27 per hour depending on experience.
