Description
The employer is hiring a Maintenance Staff member for Building Services and Workshop to coordinate maintenance of building systems, equipment, infrastructure, and external service providers; supervise compliance and safety; care for outdoor areas and parking; obtain service quotes; perform general workshop and warehouse work; operate material-handling vehicles; and carry out small repairs. The role starts on 01.10.2026 and can be full-time or part-time for at least 25 hours per week. Relevant skilled-trade or technical experience is preferred, along with reliability, physical resilience, flexibility, a class B driving license, and friendly communication.
