The Maintenance Superintendent leads the efficient and effective operation of a facility's maintenance department, overseeing daily maintenance activities, common-area upkeep, contractor management, maintenance staff hiring and supervision, and compliance with corporate standards and regulations. The role requires strong construction and maintenance knowledge, leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and computer skills, along with a valid driver's license and travel between locations.
