The role manages daily work orders, repairs, inspections, turnover, preventative maintenance, building codes, emergency responses, snow removal, and safety compliance. Candidates need at least five years of residential multifamily property management or apartment maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance maintenance, masonry, HVAC, and boilers, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a Fire Safety and Boiler License.
