Description
The Maintenance Superintendent oversees plant maintenance and project activities, including scheduling, assignments, hiring, training, safety and HSE compliance, equipment analysis, downtime reduction, budgeting, and worker instruction. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of sand-plant experience, and at least one year of experience supervising, coordinating, managing, and training maintenance personnel. The position works in a plant environment, frequently outdoors, and requires lifting or pushing and pulling up to 75 pounds.
