Description
The Cemetery Maintenance Manager oversees operations and maintenance across multiple large cemeteries, including groundskeeping, landscaping, seasonal plantings, environmental and safety compliance, vendor and inventory management, equipment maintenance, new construction, budgeting, and capital expenditure projects. The role also develops and manages a team, handles hiring and promotions, and builds relationships with local government authorities. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least eight years of cemetery maintenance experience are required, along with supervisory, regulatory compliance, and new construction experience.
