Turner Mining Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Maintenance Superintendent in Kingman, Arizona. The role leads safe, effective, and cost-efficient maintenance for fixed and mobile equipment, combining oversight of maintenance shops, work execution, continuous improvement, reliability initiatives, staffing, and direct supervision of technicians, mechanics, and crews. Responsibilities include safety and environmental compliance, task assignment, technical guidance, troubleshooting, coaching, staffing and schedule management, and cost control. A high school diploma is required; a journeyman certificate or engineering degree and CMRP certification are preferred. The posting requests significant supervisory or leadership experience, with a minimum of 5–7 years in maintenance operations, preferably in mining, heavy equipment, or industrial settings.
