Intrepid Potash is hiring a Maintenance Superintendent for its Wendover, Utah operations. The role leads site maintenance activities and teams, oversees mechanical, mobile equipment, rolling stock, and plant needs, coordinates maintenance plans, improves preventative and predictive maintenance, manages budgets and resources, and drives safety and operational excellence. The position requires deep experience in maintenance programs, typically 10+ years, team leadership, strong safety and organizational skills, and the ability to work in industrial conditions.
