Description
Misfits Market is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop a maintenance team, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment troubleshooting, vendor and contractor relationships, and capital projects. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Quality, and other departments; supports facility and equipment reliability; maintains records and compliance documentation; and establishes maintenance KPIs. The position requires at least 3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing, food-processing, fulfillment, distribution, or similar industrial environment, along with experience supervising personnel and managing contractors and capital projects.
