Description
Systems, LLC is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, and maintenance activities across its U.S. manufacturing facilities. The role oversees production continuity, new-product development, process implementation, quality systems, automation, productivity, safety, training, staffing, budgets, and cross-functional projects while managing and developing engineering and maintenance teams. It requires a bachelor's degree in industrial, mechatronic, or mechanical engineering, Green Belt and Lean Manufacturing certifications, at least 12 years of experience, supervisory experience, and strong project management and data-analysis skills. The position is onsite and pays $72,300 to $116,775 in base pay, with benefits and a short-term incentive plan.
