Description
The Multifamily Property Maintenance Manager leads and schedules service technicians and contractors, manages work orders, repairs, turnovers, capital projects, inspections, budgets, and property upkeep, and trains new technicians. The role requires property management maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, EPA Tier 2 certification or willingness to obtain it, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driving license and vehicle, and the ability to work onsite Monday through Friday. The salary is $25–$29, commensurate with experience.
