Description
The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates the installation, maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and minor construction of machinery, equipment, tooling, electrical systems, plumbing, and building systems across the facility. The role manages hourly maintenance personnel, contractors, schedules, inventory, safety, quality, production support, reporting, and environmental management, while requiring a community college education in a related field and five years of mechanical or electrical trades experience or five years of related experience.
