Description
The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates the installation, maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility upkeep for machinery, equipment, tooling, and building systems. The role manages hourly maintenance personnel, contractors, schedules, inventory, safety, quality, and production support while assisting the Manager. It requires a community college education in a related field and five years of mechanical or electrical trades experience or five years of related experience, with on-call availability and benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, disability, retirement, and paid time off.
