Pilgrim’s is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift at its Moorefield, West Virginia facility. The role supervises maintenance teams and coordinates repair, installation, upkeep, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, production equipment reliability, facility improvements, and procurement. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of maintenance experience in poultry or food manufacturing, and knowledge of refrigeration, PLCs, electrical systems, plumbing, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. The schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, and benefits begin after 60 days of employment.
