Description
The Maintenance Supervisor directs and coordinates repair, maintenance, and installation activities; supervises the NES Maintenance workforce; oversees department operations; plans schedules and projects; evaluates systems; manages budgets and shift information; and handles performance evaluations, discipline, and termination. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of related work experience, United States work authorization, and access to export-controlled items. Extensive building-systems knowledge, schematic-reading, analytical and supervisory skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with AutoCAD or CMMS are preferred.
