Description
The Plant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of plant machinery and equipment, including work-order assignment, contractor oversight, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, safety and environmental compliance, records, and staffing changes. The role also supervises and develops maintenance staff, supports building expansion projects, and reviews shop supplies and MRO requisitions. Candidates must be qualified as electricians, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics technicians, and have knowledge of toolmaking, machining, mechanical and electrical engineering, PLC logic and systems, along with problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills; supervisory experience is required.
