Description
The client is hiring a full-time, permanent Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd shift for a Massachusetts production plant in Boston. The role leads and mentors maintenance technicians, repairs and troubleshoots industrial electronic, mechanical, refrigeration, packaging, food-manufacturing, hydraulic, conveyor, robotic, pneumatic, boiler, cooling-tower, and HVAC equipment, and oversees preventive maintenance and material-handling activities. The position requires an H.S. degree or GED, at least five years of related engineering and industrial food or beverage maintenance experience, three years of industrial maintenance-mechanic supervisory experience, electrical certification, and experience with PLC programming, CMMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
