Description
POM Wonderful is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for its Beverage department to oversee and coordinate maintenance of electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, mechanical, and other production and processing equipment across aseptic processing and filling areas. The role assigns and prioritizes work, provides technical guidance to mechanics, oversees emergency repairs, participates in shift handovers and downtime reviews, and ensures compliance with OSHA, GMP, GFSI, FDA, USDA, and other food-safety procedures. The position requires industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing, and offers a pay range of $90,000 to $110,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
