Home Chef is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians and oversee production and facility maintenance in a food-manufacturing environment. The role includes preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, automation systems, contractor management, safety and GMP compliance, CMMS documentation, and continuous improvement. It follows a second shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. with Fridays and Saturdays off, requires 10% travel, and offers a California base salary of $70,000–$80,000 USD plus benefits.
