Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Maintenance Shift Supervisor in Cleveland, Ohio to lead and coordinate day-to-day maintenance of facility, equipment, and machinery in a manufacturing plant. The role supervises maintenance technicians and work leaders, assigns work, manages safety and performance, responds to breakdowns, supports root-cause analysis, and develops employees. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and at least one year supervising or managing a team. The position is subject to ITAR and requires U.S. person status; visa sponsorship is not available. Schedules include typical 8.5-hour Monday-Friday shifts and alternate 12-hour schedules, with possible weekend overtime.
