Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and supervise community maintenance staff, handle resident service requests, perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance, complete community inspections, manage maintenance inventory and budgets, and respond to emergency calls. The role requires verifiable apartment-industry maintenance experience, 3–5 years of hands-on technical experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, EPA or CFC certifiability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work after hours.
