Plaskolite is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Zanesville, Ohio, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. The role oversees and coordinates maintenance staff, schedules and assigns work, manages preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, uses a CMMS, supports production shutdowns and capital projects, and monitors equipment reliability. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of maintenance experience, and knowledge of maintenance, safety, hydraulics, pneumatics, and computer fundamentals.
