Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of five Fitters and two Electricians supporting Defence fuel infrastructure across Queensland, with the role primarily based at RAAF Amberley. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day maintenance activities, coordinating subcontractors, tracking KPIs, completing planned and reactive maintenance safely and on time, and coaching team members while working with Defence stakeholders. The role requires prior experience leading operations teams in fuel, oil and gas, petrochemical, aviation fuel, or similar industries, along with a current driver's licence, Australian citizenship, and the ability to obtain Defence clearance. Occasional travel to Oakey and other Defence sites may be required.
