Description
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community, including service request coordination, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, vendor oversight, and resident service. The role is heavily hands-on, with 60–70% of time spent on repairs and maintenance, while also supervising maintenance staff, managing inventory and budgets, supporting unit turns and move-ins/outs, and maintaining records and property standards.
