Description
The 1st-shift Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance teams in predictive and preventive maintenance, machine repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability across a plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. The role oversees maintenance scheduling, documentation, KPI reporting, safety compliance, employee development, and coordination with production, while requiring a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, relevant experience, strong electro-mechanical and root-cause analysis skills, and familiarity with food manufacturing.
