Description
Atrium Centers is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and team members at a healthcare or long-term care facility. The role is responsible for maintaining equipment, utilities, building systems, grounds, schedules, supplies, budgets, records, and compliance with state and safety standards, while also responding to emergencies and participating in on-call coverage. Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred, along with emergency response ability, knowledge of applicable regulations, organizational and problem-solving skills, teamwork, and reliable attendance.
