Description
Hawes Crossing Village 2 is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the performance, maintenance, and day-to-day care of building and community systems, including mechanical, fire and life safety, elevators, security, pool and spa equipment, common areas, and grounds. The role partners with the Community Manager, manages compliance and preventive maintenance schedules, coordinates repairs and vendors, supports budgeting and community events, and serves as the first point of contact for on-call emergencies. The position requires broad maintenance knowledge, customer service, vendor coordination, budget awareness, computer proficiency, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
