Adimax is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead, train, and evaluate the electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance teams. The role oversees daily and shutdown maintenance schedules, work orders, preventive and predictive equipment plans, spare parts and outsourced suppliers, workshop conditions, maintenance KPIs, and equipment failure analysis. Candidates need a degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, automation, or a related field, intermediate or advanced Excel skills, and previous industrial maintenance and team leadership experience. The position works Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 16:48 and includes health, dental, profit-sharing, and other employee benefits.
