Description
Agropur is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for its Beauceville team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role supervises maintenance employees, coordinates work orders and work permits through a CMMS, prioritizes maintenance activities, supports failure analysis and continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with health, safety, environmental, sanitation, and quality programs. The position requires a diploma in Industrial Maintenance, at least five years of supervisory experience in a unionized environment, food-processing or manufacturing experience, technical experience in automation, networking, electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, or related fields, and strong computer skills. The salary range is $84,600 to $105,800.
