Description
The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates and leads maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment, managing work orders, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, MRO procedures, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, technical trade certification or equivalent maintenance training, and at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, including experience leading or coordinating maintenance personnel.
