Arconic is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor (Crew Leader) in Alcoa, Tennessee to lead and supervise electrical, mechanical, and production employees; provide technical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance guidance; coordinate repairs with customers; respond to critical maintenance situations; and support continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of industrial mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience, and at least one year of leadership or supervisory experience in operations or manufacturing.
