Article Student Living is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee physical assets, safety, resident and staff concerns, on-site maintenance teams, budgeting, and third-party vendors in residential apartment-style communities. The role reports to the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager, requires at least five years of related residential housing experience, management experience, and EPA Universal certification, and pays $30-$32 per hour plus an annual bonus and commission.
