Baxter is hiring a maintenance leadership professional to supervise mechanics and technicians in a medical/pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The role oversees maintenance operations, shutdown projects, preventive maintenance, documentation, training, safety, quality, GMP/cGMP and FDA compliance, resource allocation, reporting, and employee development. Candidates need an AAS degree in a scientific or engineering field plus at least five years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent, along with mechanical, electrical, and process troubleshooting, CMMS, Lockout/Tagout, Lean/Six Sigma/QLP, and technical leadership skills. The position pays an estimated $72,000-$99,000 annually and does not offer employment visa sponsorship.
