Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance technicians and a maintenance planner responsible for maintaining and optimizing the 250 Schilling Prepared Plated Media automated manufacturing systems. The role oversees equipment reliability, troubleshooting of automated systems, breakdown and preventive maintenance, TPM and AM programs, spare parts and vendor management, documentation, training, and compliance with safety, quality, FDA, and ISO requirements. It is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment.
