Description
Birgo is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead two maintenance technicians and manage work orders, turnovers, inventory, groundskeeping, safety, budgets, contractors, and on-call rotation across apartment communities in Greensburg and New Kensington. The role requires expertise in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other building trades, at least five years of multifamily maintenance experience, at least three years of supervisory experience, and experience managing multi-site portfolios. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with an on-call rotation, and the position pays $31 per hour with medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance and other benefits.
